Started a new order! These lampshades are tall ovals. They will be recovered with a rice paper.  So far I've taken off the old shades.  The rings are rusted and need to be cleaned and painted with rust-o-leom....that's for tonight.

I'll post more pictures as I progress on this fun project.

2-3/8" high and 1/4" wide finial for topping off that beautiful lampshade. Finials are decorative ornaments for roof tops, the ends of curtain rods, bed posts, clocks as well as lampshades.  Finials can also hold a lampshade in place and cover the top screws.
